| RICM's good friend Michael Chapman was Consecrated Sufragan Bishop of the Anglican Diocese Peru on Saturday, September 18, 2010. Bishop Godfrey is the bishop of the Diocese and desires to use Mike, with the help of his wife Linda, to evangelize an area of the Diocese that needs to be expanded.
